The role

Are you passionate about advanced technical maintenance and looking to take a firm step in your career leading asset reliability in large-scale industrial facilities?

What you'll do

You will lead the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategy for the plant's heavy machinery and critical equipment. Your focus will be oriented towards failure analysis (RCA), mechanical asset reliability, contractor supervision, and the continuous optimization of maintenance plans using CMMS tools.

Requirements

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related Degree/Master's.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in mechanical maintenance or reliability positions in continuous process industrial plants.

Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical elements (bearings, seals/mechanical closures, gearboxes, centrifugal and positive displacement hydraulic pumps, compressors) and oleohydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Location and mobility: Residence or availability to travel to the East Zone of Madrid and availability of OWN VEHICLE to access industrial facilities.
