Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience of 2 to 5 years as a production operator in the industrial sector (direct machinery handling experience is highly valued).

Knowledge or use of computer tools at a user level for machine control.

Immediate availability to start.

Own vehicle is essential to travel to the workplace (no direct public transport).

Availability to work in rotating shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night) and flexibility to work weekends (5th shift if activated due to production).

Smoke-free workplace (smoking is prohibited in the plant during the working day).

Education & certifications

Education: ESO, Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Starting salary: 24,242

gross/year

Salary progression: After 6 months, review to 3rd-class skilled tradesperson category with 28,548

gross/year.

Additional bonus of approx. 8,000 €/year in case of activation of the completed 5th shift.

The role

What you'll do

Operation, control, and computer interaction with industrial production machinery.

Supervision of the correct functioning of the line and compliance with quality standards.

Recording of production data and parameters in the system.

Auxiliary production tasks, supply, and first-level maintenance at the workstation.

How you'll work

Contract: 3 + 3 months via ETT with a high prospect of continuity and transition to permanent staff (permanent-seasonal / indefinite) depending on activity.

Working day: Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (with option for a 5th shift).
