Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience: Previous experience as a warehouse operative performing picking tasks (preferably with voice picking and electric pallet jacks) and packing.

Cold tolerance: Good tolerance to continuous work in temperature-controlled environments/cold chambers is essential.

Language: Fluent command of Spanish (spoken and understood) to operate accurately using the voice system.

Mobility: Residence in Alcalá de Henares or nearby areas; having your own vehicle is highly preferred to guarantee punctuality during shift changes.

Nice to have

Valuable: Previous experience working with automated lines or sorters.

What you'll get

Salary: 10.00 — gross/hour.

Hiring: Renewable monthly contracts with the possibility of a direct move to permanent staff after 6 months.

The role

Do you have experience in order picking and are you looking for stable employment in the food logistics sector? We are selecting Order Pickers (Picking and Packing) to join a food distribution logistics platform located in Alcalá de Henares. What you'll do

Order preparation: Picking of food products using a voice-guided system (voice picking) and packaging/consolidation (packing).

Machinery handling: Movement and preparation of loads using an electric pallet jack.

Refrigerated environment: Execution of tasks in temperature-controlled/cold storage chambers.

Control and palletizing: Organization, strapping, and placement of finished pallets for subsequent dispatch.

How you'll work

Working day: 30 hours per week distributed from Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotating days off according to the schedule.

Schedules: Rotating Morning and Afternoon shifts:

Morning: 06:00 to 14:00.

Afternoon: 14:00 to 22:00.
