We are looking to hire a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented professional profile to be part of an important commercial project in Ponferrada. If you are motivated by meeting objectives, customer service, and are looking for an opportunity within the retail sector to boost sales during a high-impact promotional campaign, this offer is for you.

What you'll do

Advice and active selling: Proactively inquire about the specific sleep needs of each customer, offering a tailored pitch and arguing the benefits of the product range to close sales.

Product demonstration: Guide and invite the user to try the products in-store (mattresses, chest freezers, and upholstered bases) guaranteeing an excellent shopping experience.

Campaign promotion: Communicate and drive the special 50% discount offer on the selected range, taking advantage of cross-selling opportunities.

Maintenance of the sales space: Ensure order, the correct presentation of the display, and the updating of promotional material.

How you'll work

Availability: Start date from 15/10/2026 and availability to work in rotating shifts and weekends according to the center's planning.

Location: Residence in Ponferrada or availability to commute to the shopping center.

SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts.

Week 1 from Mon to Sat with Tuesdays off from 13:00 to 21:00h and

Week 2 from Mon to Sat with Tuesdays off from 10:00h to 18:00h
