Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience performing QA / Functional Testing tasks in software projects.

Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in test plan design, defect reporting, and manual test execution (Web and Mobile Apps).

API Validation: Practical experience in the verification of services and REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.

Quality and Defect Management: Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and QA modules/tools (TestRail, Xray, Zephyr).

Databases: Basic/intermediate knowledge of SQL queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

Test Design and Execution: Definition, creation, and execution of test cases (Test Plans, Test Cases, and use cases) for web applications, mobile, and services.

Full Functional Testing: Performing functional, regression, smoke, integration, end-to-end (E2E), and exploratory testing.

Backend & API Validation: Verification and testing of endpoints and web services (REST APIs, Postman).

Incident Management: Identification, documentation, prioritization, and tracking of errors/bugs using management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Xray, or Zephyr.

Deployment Support: Technical verification and validation before and after changes/deployments in production to ensure system stability.

Active participation in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, collaborating hand in hand with developers and Product Owners to understand and validate business requirements.
