Requirements

What we're looking for

Valid B driving license (with a minimum seniority of 1 or 2 years depending on assessment).

Experience in urban driving (vans or delivery vehicles).

Physical capacity for the handling and loading of electric bicycles.

Basic use of mobile applications or digital tools for route/inventory management.

Residence in Bizkaia or proximity to the service municipalities.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Basque.

Basic knowledge of bicycle mechanics.

Previous experience in logistics, last mile, or shared mobility (bikesharing) companies.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract: temporary with the possibility of transitioning to permanent staff

Working day: full-time in two shifts, morning and afternoon

Salary: According to the collective agreement

The role

We are looking to hire Delivery Drivers and Logistics Operators for the maintenance and redistribution of our bicycle fleet.

What you'll do

Fleet redistribution: Transferring electric bicycles between different stations to guarantee service availability.

Loading and driving: Driving fleet vans for the collection and delivery of bicycles.

Load and battery control: Changing depleted batteries and supervising charging points.

Basic visual inspection: Identifying and reporting bicycles that require repair or workshop maintenance.

Basic street assistance: Resolving minor incidents with docking points or bicycles at the stations.
