What we're looking for

Previous experience: At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in similar positions (shelf stocker, retail sales assistant, warehouse operative...)
Tool handling: Practical experience in handling pallet jacks.
Availability: Availability for immediate start and flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, respecting the rest periods established by law.
Location: Residence in Segovia or availability to commute to Polígono El Cerro.
Proactivity, rigor, and attention to detail.

The role

Do you have experience in customer service and restocking within the commercial or distribution sector? We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and customer-oriented shelf stocker/sales assistant to join our team in Segovia. In this role, you will be fundamental to guaranteeing an excellent shopping experience for customers, ensuring that the commercial space is perfectly stocked, organized, and functional from day one. What you'll do

Your main functions are:

Merchandise restocking: Loading, unloading, and placing products on shelves and aisles according to organization and image regulations.
Machinery handling: Daily use of pallet jacks (manual and/or electric) for the safe transport of pallets and heavy goods.
Stock control and visibility: Verification of expiration dates, price labeling, and maintenance of order and cleanliness in the sales floor and warehouse.
Customer service: Direct advice, resolving doubts, and support during the purchasing process.
