🚀 We are looking for a Senior Test Manager! | Technology Migration Project

What you'll do

Strategy & Innovation: Define and document the comprehensive testing concept and integrate methodologies (unit, functional, comparison) and tools such as X-Ray.

Orchestration: Coordinate the testing phases from planning and environment configuration to execution and reporting.

Global Leadership: Mentor and guide a dynamic team, collaborating with professionals in Switzerland, Poland, and India.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between architects, developers, and senior management.

Requirements

+15 years of experience as a Test Manager on complex technology projects.

University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in testing methodologies (especially unit and functional) and Agile / SAFe environments.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to connect with multicultural teams and key stakeholders.
