Treasury Consultant

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in treasury management, auditing, transactions, consultancy or a related field in financial technology industry.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.

• Customer-Centric Attitude: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Languages: Working proficiency in English & fluent in Spanish

• Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our SaaS product.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

• Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.

• Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' needs and feedback within the company, ensuring our products continuously meet their evolving requirements.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.

• Upselling & Renewal: Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure successful renewals by demonstrating the value of our products.

As a Treasury Consultant, you will work together with our Sales, Implementation, Product and Customer Ops teams.
