-Structure the asset tree, TAG codes, criticalities, and critical spare parts list (BOM) in CMMS-Prisma.
-Total Control of the WO Life Cycle: Plan, prioritize, and supervise Work Orders (WO), managing the daily workload of the internal technical team (mechanical/electrical) and external maintenance companies.
-Legal Maintenance and Relationship with OCA/ECA: Guarantee compliance with the regulatory and statutory calendar (REBT/RAT, REP, RIPCI, AAI, lifting equipment) and lead the technical preparation for audits by accredited entities (OCA/ECA).
-Reliability and Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead the technical analysis of complex or recurring breakdowns using RCA methodology to propose and implement operational improvements aimed at maximizing the plant's OEE.
-Operational Coordination and OHS: Collaborate with the Production area to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental procedures.
