We are building a plasterboard manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; Gypzero, an innovative and sustainable project that drives the industry towards the NetZero model.

You will join the Maintenance Area, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
You will be part of a company with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency standards, where you will be fundamental in conveying and executing the directives of Management, ensuring the availability and reliability of the equipment.

What you'll do

Team Management: Directly supervise and coordinate the technical maintenance team (mechanical and electrical) in assigned tasks.
Operational Planning: Distribute and prioritize work orders according to the operational needs of the plant, ensuring compliance with the preventive and predictive plan.
Execution and Control: Guarantee the correct execution of corrective interventions and operational improvement projects. Review and validate work logs and maintenance reports.
Detection and Resolution: Perform regular inspections to detect potential failures, manage technical incidents, and support the resolution of breakdowns.
Safety and 5S: Supervise compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain order, cleanliness, and a 5S culture in the work areas.
Reporting: Periodically report work progress, incidents, and team needs to the Maintenance Manager.
