Minimum of 3-5 years of experience performing similar tasks (experience in production environments is desirable).
Knowledge of production processes related to the AXAPTA corporate ERP software (purchasing, sales, EDI, EAN, production, logistics, warehouses, food traceability...) will be valued.
Knowledge of technical infrastructure (networks, communications, servers, backups...) and relational databases (SQL Server or others) will be valued.
Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Cross-Platform Application Development or Web Application Development.
B2 level of English is desirable.
Residence in the province where the position is located.
We need to permanently hire an IT Technician to provide support at the Cornellà de Llobregat plant.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in computer systems.
Provide technical support to the company's internal users.
Collaborate on the implementation of new technologies, corporate software updates (ERP), and gathering new requirements.
Office software support, use of the corporate ERP.
Keep computer security systems up to date.
Additionally, act as a liaison with key plant users to jointly define requirements for production process improvements related to Information Systems.
