What you'll get

Competitive salary: Remuneration of 17,500 — gross annual (except in the Basque Country, where a different collective agreement will apply).

Initial fixed-term contract (4 or 5 months), with the possibility of moving to a permanent contract.

Variety of shifts (40h): Split shift options (e.g., 9:30 to 14:00 and 17:30 to 21:00) for street-level stores, or continuous shifts (4 days of 6 hours and 2 days of 8 hours) for stores located in shopping centers without a midday closure.

We are looking for Sales Assistants passionate about personal care to join a leading project in the sector, where you will be able to develop professionally and ensure every customer enjoys a unique shopping experience.

What you'll do

Your main mission will be to collaborate in the preparation of the store and guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In your day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

*Professional advice and personalized service, identifying the customer's needs, tastes, and skin type to recommend the most suitable treatments.

*Product knowledge

*Store management: Checking merchandise, performing product labeling, and ensuring its correct location and facing on the shelves.

*Commercial actions

*Cashier operations: Processing customer payments, keeping the checkout area tidy, and occasionally collaborating with the manager on the daily reconciliation.

*Maintenance and prevention: Participating in the cleaning schedule to keep the warehouse and sales floor in perfect condition, as well as monitoring the store to prevent possible theft.

Requirements

Valid disability certificate/IPT

Availability (it is an essential requirement to have availability to work afternoon shifts)

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to different working day modalities. Experience in the sector is valued.
