About the role

What you'll do
👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling parts for painting, including loading, placing, hanging and unhanging on lines or racks, which may involve heavy parts.
- Manual handling of metal or industrial parts before and after the painting process.
- Surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, filling).
- Preparation, mixing and control of paints and coatings.
- Operation and adjustment of airless painting equipment.
- Application of paint using the airless system.
- Control of thicknesses and finishes.
- Protection of non-paintable areas.
- Maintenance and cleaning of airless equipment.
- Detection and correction of painting defects.
- Compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention regulations.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Order and cleanliness of the workstation.

- Manipulación de piezas para pintado, incluyendo carga, colocación, colgado y descolgado en líneas o bastidores, pudiendo tratarse de piezas de peso elevado.
- Manejo manual de piezas metálicas o industriales antes y después del proceso de pintado.
- Preparación de superficies (limpieza, lijado, masillado).
- Preparación, mezcla y control de pinturas y recubrimientos.
- Manejo y regulación de equipos de pintura airless.
- Aplicación de pintura mediante sistema airless.
- Control de espesores y acabados.
- Protección de zonas no pintables.
- Mantenimiento y limpieza del equipo airless.
- Detección y corrección de defectos en el pintado.
- Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y PRL.
- Uso de EPIs.
- Orden y limpieza del puesto de trabajo.
- Trabajo según especificaciones técnicas y planos.
