From the RAS INTERIM MADRID office, we are recruiting a TELEOPERATOR/TELEMARKETER for a company in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS sector located on AV. AMERICA.

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing calls on projects involving both customer service and commercial promotion.
- Using computer tools to log interactions and manage information efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring high-quality customer service with careful, professional conversation, on both inbound and outbound calls.

- Previous experience in customer service or as a teleoperator, with sales skills.
- Proficiency in using computer tools.
- Customer-oriented profile with strong communication skills.

- Gestión de llamadas en proyectos tanto de atención al cliente como de promoción comercial.
- Utilizar herramientas informáticas para registrar las interacciones y gestionar la información de manera eficiente y precisa.
- Garantizar una atención al cliente de alta calidad con conversación cuidada y profesional, tanto en llamadas entrantes como salientes.

👍 ¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS DE TI?
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o teleoperador, con habilidades comerciales.
- Agilidad en el uso de herramientas informáticas.
- Perfil orientado al cliente, con habilidades comunicativas.

🤝 ¿QUÉ PODEMOS APORTARTE?
- Posibilidad para trabajar en turno de mañana o tarde.
- Formación inicial a cargo de la empresa sobre los productos y la gestión de las campañas.
- Contrato inicial de 3 meses, con posibilidad de prórroga y futura incorporación a plantilla.
