Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract of 35 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, for an initial campaign of 1 week, with possibility of renewal.
Schedule: from 14:30 to 22:30 h.
Salary: according to the collective agreement.
Possibility of continuity in future projects.
Temporary contract of 1 week with the option to renew.

The role

At Nortempo, we are looking to hire Teleoperators for a company located in Madrid.

We are looking for communicative, resourceful people who enjoy telephone interaction and administrative work.

What you'll do

Making outbound calls to conduct surveys.
Handle telephone inquiries.
Transcription and data entry into the system.
Recording and updating information.
Management and follow-up of the information obtained during calls.
