About the role

Are you interested in designing construction solutions and participating in real civil engineering projects with impact? At RDT, we are looking for a Civil Engineer to develop their career in projects involving industrial plants, civil works, and renewable energy, participating from the initial engineering phases to occasional site visits, on both national and international projects, contributing multidisciplinary coordination and technical support during the execution of the work.

What you'll do

  • Design and calculate steel, concrete, and composite structures, etc. 

  • Prepare drawings, technical reports, specifications, and material take-offs.

  • Participate in technical reviews, meetings, and multidisciplinary coordination.

  • Provide technical support to the site team regarding queries, structural details, and issue resolution.

  • Monitor site progress, conduct technical reviews, and perform inspections as required.

  • Ensure compliance with current national and international regulations according to the project.

  • Manage technical documentation and participate in engineering approval processes.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to review solutions and technical feasibility.

  • Support cost estimation, technical planning, and measurement activities.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Civil Engineer on national projects and involvement in international projects.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals, and Ports Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in the design and/or supervision of civil works in sectors such as industrial, energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, building, or EPC.

  • Strong knowledge of regulations: Eurocodes, CTE, EHE, EAE, hydraulic regulations, and international standards as per the project.

  • Proficiency in technical software: SAP2000, STAAD PRO, other structural analysis software, or similar tools.

  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

  • Intermediate English level required for international projects and technical documentation.

  • Availability for travel nationally and internationally as per project requirements.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in industrial plants / large-scale civil works.

  • Knowledge of construction management, progress tracking, or coordination with contractors.

  • Experience in EPC projects or with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
