About the role

At RDT Ingenieros we are looking to expand our Automotive team and need to bring on board a Project Quality Engineer to work on-site in Polinyà. This is a stable, long-term position with start date planned for early September, where you will take part in component development projects, working closely with the design and quality engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage all quality documentation required for the homologation of internally developed components.

  • Review and approve supplier PPAP documentation and, when required, prepare PPAP documentation for the customer.

  • Carry out complete measurements and thorough quality inspections on initial and homologation samples.

  • Coordinate with external laboratories for the tests required for component homologation.

  • Control and validate samples, prototypes, and pre-series.

  • Maintain fluid communication with suppliers to follow up on issues and quality processes.

  • Work closely with component design engineers and project quality engineers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
