About the role

At RDT we want to bring a person into the team for Instrumentation and Control Engineering to support international projects in the industrial and oil & gas sector. Developing the engineering of instrumentation systems for projects in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring the correct technical definition of instruments, their integration into processes, and compliance with international standards.

What you'll do

Functions:

  • Preparation of instrumentation deliverables, specifications, data sheets, instrument requisitions, tabulations, instrument lists, IO lists, control narratives, Cause & Effect Diagrams, P&IDs.

  • Preparation of design deliverables such as Hook-ups, cable lists, wiring diagrams, Layout, Routing, MTOs.

  • Specification and selection of instruments — Technical evaluation of complex equipment (control valves, analyzers, pneumatic systems, primary elements).

  • Review and approval of data sheets, loop diagrams, instrument lists, wiring, materials, and installation packages.

  • Development of control systems, PLCs, Distributed Control Systems.

What we're looking for

Requirements:

  • Education/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar.

  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Upstream, Downstream, and Cycle projects.

  • Minimum English level B2.

Nice to have

  • Experience in steel complex projects is valued. Experience in FEED, OBE, and EPC projects is valued.

  • Knowledge of SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) and Aveva is valued.
