From RDT we are currently recruiting an Operational Buyer to provide support to the purchasing area, within our Advanced Engineering Center.
Working in coordination with the Senior Buyer (responsible for purchases of raw materials and higher volume).
The main responsibilities will include managing the procurement of consumables and supplies, including:
Molding materials, waxes, and molds
Refractory materials
Gases and auxiliary products for welding and heat treatment
Machining and finishing tools
Cleaning equipment and surface treatment supplies
Lubricants, oils, and mold release agents
Personal protective equipment and safety materials
Electrical, pneumatic, and auxiliary consumables
Gas and electricity.
Experience in industrial purchasing.
Experience in foundry, aerospace, or automotive industries will be valued.
An engineering degree is not strictly required.
