Striker (GPV - Point of Sale Manager)

Strikers at Red Bull are the visible face of the brand for our food retail customers (hypermarkets, supermarkets, impulse stores and C&C), and store managers with whom they negotiate and build lasting relationships, identifying and seizing every opportunity to maximize each point of sale and its area of influence with excellence for the development of Red Bull.  

Spending more than 90% of their time on the road, a Striker's goal is to make an impact on every visit, spotting opportunities to boost sales, develop Red Bull and ensure that every point of sale is a "Perfect Store" and win against the competition "WvsC" through excellence.

The Striker is responsible for guaranteeing product assortment in stores within their area of influence, resolving out-of-stock issues; they are the ones who ensure that centrally negotiated agreements are implemented in stores; they guarantee perfect execution and brand image at the point of sale, as well as proper price and offer communication. They are also the ones who negotiate and implement secondary product placements in cold and ambient sections, additional displays and shelf layout changes.

You will be an important part of a complex system. You must generate and maintain continuous 360º and collaborative communication, especially with your manager and fellow strikers, but also with the rest of the team in the area and with the other departments of the company; in order to identify and execute opportunities with excellence and develop the Red Bull market.

Visiting the points of sale in your territory with optimal frequency and in an efficient manner. Selling.

Ensuring that the points of sale in your territory meet the "Perfect Store" requirements and that agreed promotions, offers and visibility materials are updated and implemented at the point of sale correctly and with excellence.

 Ensuring that your customers have the necessary stock levels to avoid out-of-stocks and guaranteeing that all references are available at the point of sale.

• Commercial instinct and understanding of trade mathematics;
• Sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector;
• Understanding of the Off Premise channel (retail, impulse, traditional and C&C);
• A university degree in Commercial Management, Marketing or similar is valued;
• Driving licence;
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
• High level of spoken and written English is valued.

Los Strikers en Red Bull son la cara visible de la marca para nuestros clientes de alimentación (hipermercados, supermercados, tiendas de impulso y C&C), y encargados de tienda con los cuales negocian y construyen relaciones duraderas, identificando y aprovechando todas las oportunidades para potenciar al máximo con excelencia cada punto de venta y su área de influencia para el desarrollo de Red Bull.  

Con más de 90% de su tiempo en la calle, el objetivo de un Striker es impactar en cada visita, detectando oportunidades para impulsar las ventas, desarrollar Red Bull y consiguiendo que cada punto de venta sea una ‘’Perfect Store” y ganar a la competencia “WvsC” mediante la excelencia.

El Striker es el responsable de en su área de influencia garantizar el surtido en tiendas, solucionando roturas de stock; es quién asegura que los acuerdos negociados de forma centralizada se implementan en las tiendas; garantiza una perfecta ejecución e imagen de marca en el punto de venta, así como la correcta comunicación de precio y ofertas. Es también quien negocia e implementa segundas ubicaciones de producto en frio y ambiente, exposiciones adicionales y cambios de lineal.

Serás parte importante de un sistema complejo. Deberás generar y mantener comunicación continua 360º y colaborativa en especial con tu manager y tus compañeros strikers, pero también con el resto de los compañeros de la zona y con el resto de los departamentos de la empresa; con el fin de identificar y ejecutar las oportunidades con excelencia y desarrollar el mercado de Red Bull.

Visitas a los puntos de venta de tu territorio con una frecuencia optima y de una forma eficiente. Vender.

Trasmitir los Valores de Red Bull, nuestra cultura, mostrar el mundo de Red Bull y construir relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes a través de una comunicación efectiva que permita identificar oportunidades y sacar el máximo partido a cada punto de venta.

Garantizar que los puntos de venta de tu territorio cumplen los requisitos de ‘’Perfect Store” y que las promociones, ofertas y materiales de visibilidad pactados, están actualizados e implementados en el punto de venta de forma correcta y con excelencia.

 Asegurar que tus clientes disponen de los niveles de stock necesarios para evitar roturas y garantizar que todas las referencias están disponibles en el punto de venta.

• Instinto Comercial y entendimiento de matemática comercial;
• Experiencia en ventas en el sector de gran consumo;
• Comprensión del canal Off Premise (retail, impulso, tradicional y C&C )
• Valorable título universitario en Gestión Comercial, Marketing o similar;
• Carné de conducir;
• Dominio de MS Office (particularmente Excel y Powerpoint).
• Valorable inglés alto hablado y escrito.
