We are looking to hire a Cybersecurity Technician - Integral Security and Business Continuity to join the Corporate Security Dept. team at Redeia Corporación.
What you'll do
Manager in the governance of integral security, business continuity, crisis management, and integral security incident management
1. Develop security regulations and define controls to ensure compliance.
2. Design, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with internal and external regulations.
3. Identify and evaluate security threats and vulnerabilities on the most critical assets of Redeia's businesses.
4. Perform periodic security risk analyses and define mitigation plans.
5. Evaluate and manage security risks associated with external providers.
6. Perform evaluations on the corporate security control framework.
7. Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) related to security.
8. Prepare periodic reports for management.
9. Collaborate in crisis management and recovery plans.
10. Develop security awareness programs for employees.
Requirements
- Professional with a manager/technical profile and management capacity, oriented towards risk supervision, business continuity, crisis management, and the effectiveness of security controls, within a second line of defense model.
- Education
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or similar.
- Languages: high level of English
- Knowledge and Previous Experience
- 5+ years in cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years in governance, business continuity management, and crisis management.

- Business continuity (BCP/DRP)
- Crisis management and continuity drills
- Knowledge of regulations (NIS, NIS2, CER, GDPR, LOPD, etc.).

- Experience in identifying threats and vulnerabilities and analyzing their impact on assets.
- Experience in risk assessment and definition of treatment plans, including controls and mitigation.
- Experience in preparing risk reports and reporting to management.
- Experience in the management and coordination of security technical offices, integrating risks, continuity, and incidents.
