What you'll do

Improvement of processes based on the inputs generated by the industrialization engineer, applicable to processes already implemented
Improvements in process efficiency, workstation layout, process operation order, automation of operations, etc.
Resolution of process incidents. Coordination with other departments to search for the root cause and establish an action plan.
Monitoring of operation efficiency. Analysis of deviations and definition of actions to achieve the objectives defined in efficiency
Collaboration, for the achievement of projects, with the factory departments: quality (raw material and final inspections), manufacturing (machinery configurations, adjustments, etc.), engineering, OHS, production, etc. Must be a person who knows and collaborates transversally throughout the entire life of the product or project
Design/modification of tooling to be used in the different processes associated with the manufactured products, definition and monitoring of press tooling stock
Continuous maintenance and updating of the manufacturing standard: work guidelines, SOP and VSM
