What you'll do

Supervise the correct execution of analyses according to the described guidelines
Review testing on raw materials and final products
Team management: coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the work of the laboratory technical staff
Validate methods. Create and improve chemical testing techniques in accordance with reference standards
Manage errors. Resolve incidents and apply corrections
Validate and issue reports of physicochemical analysis results
Report and manage incidents upon the detection of NC (Non-Conformities)
Control the stock of reagents and consumables and negotiate with suppliers
Plan the cleaning and adjustment of measuring instruments
Lead the metrological confirmation process and supervise the calibration, verification, and maintenance plan of the equipment
Guarantee compliance with safety, health, and chemical waste management regulations
