The role

Our Rituals store in Marbella - La Cañada Shopping Center is looking for a new team member who is proactive, positive, responsible, and eager to help our customers and work as part of a team. Our priority is that customers feel at home, and you can be part of that.

In your day-to-day role, you will be the main brand ambassador and will share this essence with the team and customers.

What you'll do

Working with your team, the Shop Manager, and the Assistant Shop Manager to achieve the store's goals together and reach your full potential;
Connecting with customers and learning to offer them a meaningful shopping experience;
Feeling energized by keeping the store clean and organized. Products are always displayed according to our visual merchandising guidelines.
Following store safety procedures.
Bringing your own ideas.

You will become an expert in our collections, products, and treatments. Rituals offers many opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through our extensive training program.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Customer service mindset and team spirit.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Availability to work on weekends.
High level of English
