Sales Assistant

Our new Rituals store in C.C. Jaén Plaza is looking for a new colleague who is proactive, positive, responsible, eager to help our customers, and keen to work in a team. Our priority is that customers feel at home, and you can be a part of that.

In your day-to-day, you will be the main brand ambassador and will share this essence with the team and the customers.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Working with your team, the Shop Manager, and the Assistant Shop Manager to achieve the store's goals together and reach your full potential;
• Connecting with customers and learning to offer them a meaningful shopping experience;
• Feeling energized by keeping the store clean and organized. Products are always displayed according to our visual merchandising guidelines.
• Following store safety procedures.
• Bringing your own ideas.
• Efficiently manage several tasks at the same time, maintaining quality of service and attention to detail.
• Use digital tools specific to the store environment with agility and confidence.
• Adapt flexibly to different work rhythms and day-to-day operational changes in the store.

You will become an expert in our collections, products, and treatments. Rituals offers many opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through our extensive training program.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Customer service mindset and team spirit.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work on weekends.
