Our Rituals  Tenerife la Villa store is looking for a new teammate who is proactive, positive, responsible, eager to help our customers and to work as part of a team. Our priority is that customers feel at home, and you can be part of that.

In your day-to-day role, you will be the main brand ambassador and will share this essence with the team and customers.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Work with your team, the Shop Manager and the Assistant Shop Manager to jointly achieve the store's goals and reach your full potential;
• Connect with customers and learn to offer them a meaningful shopping experience;
• Keeping the store clean and organized energizes you. Products are always presented according to our visual merchandising guidelines.
• Follow the store's safety procedures.
• Bring your own ideas.

You will become an expert in our collections, products and treatments. Rituals offers many opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through our extensive training program.

In the store, you will work alongside an energetic team that, like you, strives to provide the best customer experience and knows how to find the right solution in every situation. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
• Customer service mindset and team spirit.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

• Weekend availability.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

• Trabajar con tu equipo, el Shop Manager y el Assistant Shop Manager para conseguir conjuntamente los objetivos de la tienda y alcanzar tu máximo potencial;
• Conectar con los clientes y aprendiendo a ofrecerles una experiencia de compra significativa;
• Te llena de energía mantener la tienda limpia y organizada. Los productos se presentan siempre de acuerdo con nuestras directrices de visual merchandising.
• Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad de la tienda.
• Aportar tus propias ideas.
