📌 About the Position
We are looking to bring on a Maintenance Specialist to join our team at RIU OLIVA BEACH, Corralejo, Fuerteventura. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, customer-oriented and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
📝 Main Responsibilities
Preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel.
Carry out the inspection of all facilities, such as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, elevator systems...
Carry out the inspection in areas such as hallways, restaurants, bathrooms, event halls, pool...
Ensure that all hotel safety systems, such as fire alarms, smoke detectors, extinguishers, and emergency exits, are operational.
Resolving issues to prevent failures that could affect the guest experience.
Ensure that all materials and spare parts are in perfect condition and available to carry out scheduled maintenance or repairs.
Working closely with the housekeeping, reception and management departments to coordinate the hotel's daily operations.
