What we're looking for

You are a dynamic, resourceful person with a clear customer orientation, who enjoys providing close and quality service.
You have the ability to handle different tasks and adapt to operational needs, alternating customer service functions at the counter with other service-related activities.
You like working face-to-face with the public and you understand the importance of offering a good experience in every interaction, serving as a representative image of the company.
You have the ability to manage different situations simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and find solutions to possible incidents.
You have at least one year of previous experience in customer service and a good level of English.
You have a positive attitude, the ability to work in a team, and the desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service. Experience in car rental is valued.
Minimum English level of B2. A second foreign language is a plus.
Driving license B.

To continue driving our growth, we are looking to hire Rent a Car Receptionists for our new Tenerife North office, located in the vicinity of the airport.

Your main mission will be to offer an excellent customer experience, becoming one of the visible faces of our company. You will combine customer service and advisory tasks in the office with the management of vehicle pick-ups and returns, as well as the collection and transfer of customers between the airport and our facilities, guaranteeing Record go's service and quality standards at all times.
