Your Salary
We ❤️ transparency. The salary range for this position is between 55,000 EUR and 60,000 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you.

The role

As our Senior Web & Product Analyst, you are the person who knows how customers move through our website and booking funnel. You join our Data & Analytics team, report to the Team Lead Data & Analytics and work closely with our Product Owners, Marketing and web developers. Product and Marketing rely on your analyses to decide what to build, what to test and where to invest.

Your mission: grow online conversion by understanding where customers drop off, testing improvements and measuring what works.

  • You own our tracking setup across all markets: GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, Conversion APIs and advertising pixels (Google Ads, Meta, Criteo and more), including the tracking plan, event naming and GDPR-compliant consent handling.

  • You work with our web developers to define, implement and test tracking before every release.

  • You regularly check data quality, compare GA4, Amplitude and booking data, find the root cause of gaps and make sure they get fixed.

  • You run A/B tests in Amplitude Experiment end to end, from hypothesis and sample size to analysis and results, and keep a record of what we learn.

  • You define our booking funnel and product KPIs, measure the impact of product changes and build Amplitude dashboards and cohorts that product teams can use on their own.

  • You are the go-to person for Marketing and Product on tracking, attribution and testing.

Hiring process

We look forward to receiving your application! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at team@roadsurfer.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
