What we're looking for

Our ideal candidate should have:

- Degree in Law or a double Degree in Law and Business Administration.

- 2/4/6 years of experience working in a law firm or in a relevant Tax Law department.

- Master's in Tax Advisory and Management or in International Taxation.

- Advanced level of English.

Nice to have

- Additional languages will be a plus for your candidacy, such as French and German, among others.

The role

We are looking for a lawyer specialized in Tax Law or an Economist to join our Barcelona office.

What you'll do

  • Advisory services to companies on compliance with their tax obligations.

  • Analysis of the tax implications of various business transactions.

  • Tax planning for corporate structures, both domestically and internationally.

  • Tax advisory services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructuring processes.

  • Assistance in tax inspection procedures.
