Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in machinery management, industrial maintenance, construction, or civil engineering.
Experience in coordination and management of work teams.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery.
Training in quality systems, environment, and occupational risk prevention is valued.
Proficiency in management IT tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
Capacity for organization, leadership, teamwork, and results orientation.

The role

Management and coordination of personnel assigned to the department, especially machinists and machinery operators.
Planning, monitoring, and control of preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Management of supplies, spare parts, fuel, and materials necessary for the correct operability of the machinery fleet.
Documentary control and monitoring of inspections, reviews, and equipment certifications.
Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the department's own quality and environmental procedures.
Coordination with construction sites and other departments to optimize equipment availability and performance.
Analysis of incidents and proposal of improvement actions to increase operational efficiency.
Monitoring of costs associated with the operation and maintenance of the machinery.
