What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Industrial Engineering, Product Design and Development, or similar.
Proficiency in SolidWorks.
Knowledge and experience in plastic injection and molds.
Creative, proactive profile with initiative, with true motivation for product development.
Ability to work autonomously and maintain technical liaison with external manufacturers.

Nice to have

We value experience working directly with mold makers.
Valuable knowledge of thermoforming, blow molding, and extrusion.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract in an industrial sector company.
Schedule: 8:30-14:00 / 15:00-18:00. Fridays until 14:30.
Summer: intensive working day.
Salary between €35,000 and €40,000 gross per year

The role

We are looking for a Machinery Design Engineer to develop design projects in the agricultural industrial sector. The position is located in Valencia and requires experience in technical machinery design and knowledge regarding supports and components for cultivation systems.

What you'll do

As a Machinery Design Engineer, you will carry out the following responsibilities:

Design and development of new products.
Design of parts and components, mainly plastic injection.
Launch and monitoring of molds with mold makers/manufacturers.
Liaison with factories and external suppliers.
Product monitoring from design to manufacturing.
Product innovation and improvement.
Participation also in projects related to extrusion, thermoforming, and blow molding.
