The role

What you'll do

Prepare the Health and Safety Plans and the annexes to the site's H&S Plan, and ensure their compliance.
Guarantee the proper implementation of safety measures on the construction site.
Act as the main interlocutor for the site with the Project Management and the CSS on matters related to Occupational Risk Prevention.
Collaborate in ORP with the production line.
Prepare the ORP documentation required by the Site Management, the CSS, or the Labor Authorities.
Maintain the company's ORP Management Systems on-site, coordinating this with the Site Manager and the Contractor's Delegate.
Verify the ORP documentation of the workers, work teams, and companies participating in the construction site.
Keep ORP documentation updated and correctly archived.
Organize and lead the site's Health and Safety Commissions.
Provide any necessary training on Occupational Risk.
Lead the internal and external audits to which the site will be subjected.
Report to the Central OR Department, preparing the reports that are required.
