Facilities Maintenance Engineer

• Planning of maintenance tasks
• Managing preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance
• Fault analysis. HVAC
• Support in plant legal maintenance
• Preparation of failure mode analysis.

We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals.

All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

• Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Intermediate English level
• Good communication skills with both internal departments and department members.
• Methodical and organized person accustomed to working in technical environments
• Knowledge of SAP, corrective and preventive maintenance modules.
• Technical knowledge in electricity, HVAC, industrial refrigeration, pneumatic systems, pumping systems, boilers, steam generation, building, domestic hot water system.
• Desirable knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations
• Knowledge of industrial regulations related to fire protection systems, pressure equipment, lifting systems, low voltage, high voltage, pest control, Legionella, refrigeration installation regulations, thermal installation regulations in buildings.

• Titulación en Ingeniería rama Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica o Electrónica.
• Nivel de ingles Intermedio
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación tanto con departamentos internos como con miembros del departamento.
• Persona metódica y ordenada habituada a trabajar en entornos técnicos
• Conocimiento de SAP, módulos de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo.
• Conocimientos técnicos en electricidad, climatización, frio industrial, sistemas neumáticos, sistemas de bombeo, calderas, generación de vapor, edificación, sistema de agua caliente sanitaria.
• Deseable conocimiento en normativa GMP, FDA
• Conocimiento de normativa industrial relativa a PCI, Equipos a presión, sistemas de elevación, Baja tensión, alta tensión, control de plagas, Legionela, reglamentos de instalaciones frigoríficas, reglamento de instalaciones térmicas en edificios.
