The role

What you'll do

Ensure compliance with NCF regulations and the company's quality system in all activities.
Guarantee the proper functioning and maintenance of the plant's facilities and systems/equipment, following the relevant documentation to ensure the quality of factory services.
Work on the plant equipment improvement plan.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the established schedule.
Report any relevant anomaly to the person in charge of the Factory Facilities and Systems.
Carry out daily data collection during rounds according to established procedures.
Manage the maintenance workshop, as well as the spare parts and consumables warehouses of the factory.
Communicate part changes due to corrective maintenance to maintain safety stock.
Complete maintenance reports to optimize resources and propose improvements.
Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned premises and equipment, following the corresponding procedures.
Prepare work reports as necessary.
Collaborate with the calibration technician when required.
