Production Operator 3 Personnel

· Link between the warehouse, raw materials, and dosing areas, preparing the work orders required by the production area for the manufacture of injectables.

· Preparation, cleaning, and disinfection of equipment and materials

· Assembly and disassembly of equipment in their work area.

· Machine adjustment before starting manufacturing processes.

· Identification of materials in SAP and weighing of components under a laminar flow hood.

· Identify and prepare the raw materials for manufacturing orders, according to the relevant formulation guide and in compliance with SOPs.

· Perform the necessary checks for the correct calibration of the scales and instruments used for the work.

· Carry out their work in accordance with established procedures and current regulations, especially regarding safety, hygiene, and environmental protection.

· Participation in the manufacturing process.

· Operation of electric pallet jack.

· Nexo de unión entre el área de almacén, materias primas y dosificación, preparando las órdenes de pedido que requiera el área de producción para la fabricación de inyectables.

· Preparación, limpieza y desinfección de equipos y materiales

· Montaje y desmontaje de los equipos de su área de trabajo.

· Ajuste de las máquinas antes de empezar los procesos de fabricación.

· Identificación de materiales en SAP y pesada de componentes bajo cabina de flujo laminar.

· Identificar y preparar las materias primas de las órdenes de fabricación, conforme a la guía de formulación que se trate y en cumplimiento de PNT's.

· Realizar las comprobaciones necesarias para la correcta calibración de las balanzas e instrumentos utilizados para el trabajo.

· Desarrollar su trabajo conforme a los procedimientos establecidos y la normativa vigente, especialmente en materia de seguridad, higiene y protección medioambiental.

· Participación en el proceso de elaboración.

· Manejo de transpaleta eléctrica.
