Project Manager - Photovoltaic Plant Tenders

We are currently looking to incorporate a Tender Technician for Photovoltaic Plants in Madrid, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing the tender (engineering, procurement, legal, financial), including partners or consortia.

• Act as the single point of contact for the tender towards internal and external stakeholders.

• Define and execute the tender strategy in line with the company's commercial and risk objectives.

• Prepare the tender plan, including schedule, milestones, deliverables, and clear assignment of responsibilities.

• Coordinate and ensure the quality and consistency of all tender documentation.

• Analyze in depth the technical and commercial tender documents, identifying key risks, opportunities, and constraints.

• Manage queries and requests for clarification with the client during the tender process.

• Supervise site visits and validate information critical to the design and cost estimation.

• Coordinate the development of the technical proposal with internal and external engineering teams.

• Validate optimal technical solutions in terms of cost, performance, and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure alignment between the design, budget, and execution strategy.

• Issue requests for quotation (RFQs) to key suppliers and subcontractors.

• Analyze technically and economically the received proposals.

• Participate in strategic negotiations with manufacturers and contractors.

• Prepare the complete tender budget (CAPEX, OPEX).

• Develop the project schedule, cash flow, and payment milestone structure.

• Prepare the economic close and documentation for internal approval.

• Identify, evaluate, and quantify technical, commercial, and contractual risks.

• Define mitigation strategies.

• Actively participate in contractual negotiations with the client.

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energies, etc.).

• Organized and proactive attitude, with initiative and results-oriented mindset.

• Rigorous and critical thinking.

• Teamwork.

• Results-oriented, with strong teamwork skills and ability to meet established deadlines.

• Willingness to travel for occasional site visits for data collection on tenders.

• Leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the sector.

• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, or Primavera at an intermediate-advanced level. Knowledge of PVSyst and other photovoltaic design software is a plus.

• Advanced English proficiency.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Ofertas de Plantas Fotovoltaicas en Madrid, que comparta nuestro compromiso con la calidad, la responsabilidad y el servicio excelente.

• Dirigir y coordinar equipos multidisciplinares involucrados en la preparación de la oferta (ingeniería, compras, legal, financiero), incluyendo partners o consorcios.

• Actuar como punto focal único de la oferta frente a stakeholders internos y externos.

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de oferta en línea con los objetivos comerciales y de riesgo de la compañía.

• Elaborar la planificación de la oferta, incluyendo cronograma, hitos, entregables y asignación clara de responsabilidades.

• Coordinar y asegurar la calidad y coherencia de toda la documentación entregada.

• Analizar en profundidad pliegos técnicos y comerciales, identificando riesgos, oportunidades y condicionantes clave.

• Gestionar consultas y aclaraciones con el cliente durante el proceso de licitación.

• Supervisar visitas de sitio y validar información crítica para el diseño y costes.

• Coordinar el desarrollo de la propuesta técnica con ingeniería interna y externa.

• Validar soluciones técnicas óptimas en coste, rendimiento y cumplimiento normativo.

• Asegurar la alineación entre diseño, presupuesto y estrategia de ejecución.

• Lanzar solicitudes de oferta (RFQs) a proveedores y subcontratistas clave.

• Analizar técnica y económicamente las propuestas recibidas.

• Participar en negociaciones estratégicas con fabricantes y contratistas.

• Elaborar el presupuesto completo de la oferta (CAPEX, OPEX).

• Desarrollar planificación del proyecto, cash flow y estructura de hitos de pago.

• Preparar el cierre económico y documentación para aprobación interna.

• Identificar, evaluar y cuantificar riesgos técnicos, comerciales y contractuales.

• Definir estrategias de mitigación.

• Participar activamente en la negociación contractual con el cliente.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

• Grado Universitario en Ingeniería Industrial (Electricidad, energías renovables,...)

• Actitud organizadora y motivadora, con iniciativa y orientada a resultado.

• Pensamiento riguroso y crítico.

• Trabajo en equipo.

• Orientación a resultados, con buena capacidad de trabajo en equipo y cumplimiento de plazos establecidos

• Posibilidad de viajar para desplazamientos ocasionales para toma de datos de ofertas.

• Capacidad de liderazgo y amplio conocimiento del sector.

• Excel, MsProject o Primavera, a nivel medio-avanzado. Valorable PVSyst y otros programas de diseño fotovoltaico.

• Idioma: inglés avanzado.
