✔ Previous experience in operational coordination, passenger transport, mobility, or fleet management.

✔ Experience in leadership and team coordination.

✔ Training in Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Transport and Logistics or similar.

✔ Knowledge of maintenance and administrative fleet management.

✔ Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.

✔ High capacity for organization, planning, and priority management.

✔ Resourceful profile, service-oriented, and with decision-making capacity.

✔ Communication and teamwork skills.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator for our Riudellots Base to lead and guarantee the correct execution of our discretionary and VTC services. If you are a resourceful, organized person and you enjoy coordinating teams in dynamic environments, we want to meet you!

You will be the key link between drivers, planning, and booking. You will have a fundamental role in fleet management, daily operational coordination, and real-time incident resolution.

✅ Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of discretionary and VTC services.

✅ Monitor drivers during their working day, offering operational support and guidance.

✅ Guarantee compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and corporate image.

✅ Supervise the correct uniformity and presentation of drivers.

✅ Verify the cleanliness, conservation, and image status of the vehicles before the provision of services.

✅ Manage operational incidents in real time, providing agile and effective solutions.

✅ Coordinate with the Booking and Planning teams to ensure impeccable execution of services and events.

✅ Control the availability and status of the fleet.

✅ Monitor breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, and ITV (vehicle inspections).

✅ Guarantee that all vehicle documentation is updated and valid.

✅ Proactively detect possible incidents that may affect the operation.
