At Sagalés we are looking to hire an SAE Operator (Control Center) to supervise our transport services in real time from our operational center in Valldoriolf (Granollers).

You will be part of a stable, technological, and growing project, where you will play a key role in guaranteeing service quality for thousands of users every day.

✅ You will monitor the service using the SAE system.

✅ You will manage operational incidents in real time.

✅ You will coordinate actions to minimize delays and maintain service quality.

✅ You will track the punctuality and regularity of the lines.

✅ You will report incidents to both clients and users.

✅ You will collaborate in the continuous improvement and automation of control center processes.

✅ You will manage the technical resources necessary for the operation

• Full-time.

📍 Location: Valldoriolf - Granollers

🕒 Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, from Monday to Sunday, with established breaks.
