Administrative Manager for Environmental Management and Residuo Zero
- Provide administrative support to the Residuo Zero Project at the Saica Group level, collaborating with the various Group companies and certification bodies to facilitate the correct management of certification processes.
Coordinate the organization and monitoring of audits in different countries, managing communication between the parties involved and ensuring the availability of the required information.
- Keep documentation associated with certification processes up to date, performing tasks of collection, review, filing, and document control in accordance with established procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks related to environmental labels and certifications in Spain, Portugal, and the United Kingdom, providing support in the processing, renewal, and monitoring of files.
- Act as an administrative liaison between clients, the sales team, certification bodies, and the different areas of Saica Group, facilitating the exchange of information and compliance with deadlines.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for audits and certification processes, monitoring requests, requirements, and pending actions.
- Register, update, and verify data and indicators related to certifications, guaranteeing correct traceability and preservation of information.
- Participate in coordination meetings and audits, preparing minutes, collecting documentation, and following up on agreements reached.
- Collaborate in the adaptation of administrative procedures associated with certification, quality, and environmental processes.
- Perform general administrative tasks derived from the department's activity, including document management, report preparation, file monitoring, and support to the teams involved.
