Experience: 3–5 years in financial operations, Accounts Receivable, or OTC.
OTC Knowledge: Understanding of invoicing, collections, credit control, and reconciliations.
Credit Management: Experience with credit limits, outstanding balances, and factoring is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.
Client Orientation: Proactive, service-minded approach to resolving issues.
Technical Skills: Good Excel skills and experience with ERP or financial systems.
Professionalism: High standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.
