The role

What you'll do

You will be key to ensuring a safe kitchen service adapted to the needs of the residents. Your mission will be to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the residents through a balanced, safe diet adapted to their needs.

Your duties at Sanitas Mayores will be:

💙 Prepare menus and adapted diets, ensuring food quality and safety.

💙 Organize the daily kitchen activities, supervising food preservation and compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations.

💙 Manage orders, goods receipt, and inventory control.

💙 Collaborate with the center's team to contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of the residents.

🌱Experience:

▶ At least two years of experience in a similar position. Previous experience in residences, group homes, hospitals, hotels, or catering will be valued.

👉Skills:

▶ We are looking for an organized person with attention to detail, committed to providing nutrition adapted to the needs of each resident.
