The role

Doctor - Permanent contract - Part-time Mevefares Residence (Salamanca)

What you'll do

Your clinical judgment will be key to guaranteeing safe and personalized medical care for the residents. Your mission will be to maintain their health and well-being through comprehensive medical care coordinated with the rest of the team. Your main functions will be:

💙 Performing medical assessments and clinical follow-up of residents.

💙 Diagnosing, prescribing, and supervising treatments, contributing to the prevention and management of diseases and frailty processes.

💙 Participating in Individualized Care Plans and coordinating care alongside the care team.

💙 Accompanying functional recovery processes following hospital admissions, interventions, or acute health episodes.

💙 Maintaining close communication with residents and families.
