Requirements

What we're looking for

🎓Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration and Management (ADE).

🌱Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, auditing, or in a similar position.

🌍Languages: At least a C1 level of English or higher.

👉Other skills and knowledge: Accounting knowledge (local Spanish accounting and IFRS), advanced Excel skills, preparation of presentations, and analytical capacity, along with strategic vision, planning, results orientation, commitment, initiative, motivation, effort, and a drive for self-improvement.

Your mission will be to collaborate on the analysis, valuation, and execution of strategic acquisition projects. And also:

What you'll do

💛 You will collaborate on the analysis and execution of Mergers and Acquisitions projects, supporting the different phases of the process.

💛 You will prepare and review financial models, economic valuations, presentations, and reporting documentation, ensuring solid analyses for decision-making.

💛 You will support due diligence processes, collaborating on the identification and assessment of key aspects of the operations.

💛 You will carry out market and company research, prospecting, and analysis, identifying opportunities aligned with the strategy and development plans of the BU.

💛 You will manage the search for potential target companies for acquisition and the maintenance of databases and reports, ensuring the availability and updating of relevant information.
