About the role

Provide the necessary assistance to our policyholders and coordinate travel emergency situations for our clients, ensuring the service and coverage agreed upon.

What you'll do

  • Answer calls and collect all necessary data from the client/policyholder.
  • Coordinate and manage cases with providers or internal departments for our direct policyholders; and for policyholders of our clients (domestic or international), when necessary.
  • Interact with other group offices, facilitate communication and provide translation support, guidance on country-specific characteristics or cultural aspects, etc.
  • Become familiar with cases and the Terms and Conditions of each policy.
  • Organize the necessary logistics with external providers or internal company departments, with the aim of offering the best solution for each emergency and ensuring excellent service quality, meeting the expectations of policyholders/clients.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum education: high school diploma; university degree preferably in Tourism.
  • Very high level of English and Italian C1-C2 is essential.
  • At least 12 months of experience in travel assistance companies.
  • Proficiency in office software tools.
  • Proper segregation of waste generated at the workplace.
  • Availability to work the afternoon shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday. Weekly rotating shifts: one week working, one week off.
