Job description

BOX OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR SPORTING EVENTS WITH DISABILITY / INCAPACITY (M/F/D) - MADRID

Duties: selling tickets for sporting events (matches of the different teams) via card payment using a POS terminal, and resolving any type of issue that may have arisen with ticket sales, both online and in person.

Location: service will be provided at different locations depending on the specific event, which may be in the Concha Espina area, Valdebebas and O'Donnell.

Required

Certificado de discapacidad / incapacidad.
Full and flexible time availability to attend the various sporting events (the schedule is usually known approximately 1 month in advance, although there may be variations depending on client needs).
A person with a strong desire to work, very proactive, with good people skills and a strong ability to communicate.
A person with good mobility and full independence.
A person with resilience to stress and good handling of situations with customers who may be upset when resolving issues.
Intermediate level of English to be able to communicate when selling tickets.
No experience is required; specific training will be provided at the company's expense.
