The role

🚀 Role Description

We are looking for an Adobe Campaign Architect to participate in maintenance and evolution services for Adobe Campaign Classic. The focus will be placed on workflow optimization, troubleshooting, specialized technical support, and the operational continuity of the platform.

What you'll do

🛠 Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Adobe Campaign Classic environments.

• Review and improve campaign workflows and processes.

• Resolve complex technical incidents and problems.

• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure the stability and performance of the platform.

How you'll work

• Availability to participate in a rotating Saturday on-call shift, approximately once a month (one Saturday every three weeks), from 9:00 to 21:00.
