What you'll do

We are looking for a profile with experience in coordination and management of architecture and building projects, capable of combining team and discipline coordination with direct participation in the development and review of technical documentation.

The selected person will work with progressive autonomy on projects of various typologies, coordinating internal teams, collaborators, and specialists from different disciplines, and maintaining regular communication with clients, administrations, and other external agents.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects through their different phases.
Coordinate internal teams, collaborators, and disciplines such as structures, installations, civil engineering, sustainability, and other specialties.
Manage the technical, documentary, and administrative aspects associated with the projects.
Monitor deadlines, deliverables, documentary quality, and compliance with established requirements.
Participate directly in the production and review of plans, reports, and other technical documentation.
Review architectural and construction solutions, identifying possible incompatibilities and proposing alternatives.
Coordinate the flow of information between different teams and disciplines.
Maintain communication with clients, public administrations, consultants, and other external agents.
Apply and justify the corresponding technical, urban planning, and building regulations.
Participate in the processing of licenses, inquiries, and management with administrations.
Participate in the definition of design solutions and their technical materialization.
Identify and resolve incidents during the development of projects.
