A solid software engineering background, ideally from infrastructure, platform, backend or DevOps roles.
Proven experience integrating third-party APIs and services into production systems: authentication, webhooks, rate limits, retries, error handling and monitoring; the unglamorous parts done right.
Hands-on experience with public AI model APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Gemini), AI coding tools and agents (e.g. Codex, Claude Code), and AI generation tools for image and video.
Strong programming skills (Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js or similar).
An architecture mindset: you follow good design patterns and build systems meant to last, not one-off scripts.
A pragmatic, documentation-first way of working and the autonomy to own delivery end to end.
Fluent level of English.
Experience building agents, RAG pipelines or AI-powered automations (function/tool calling, MCP, LangChain or similar, or workflow platforms like n8n, Make or Zapier).
Cloud and infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP or Azure; Docker/Kubernetes; CI/CD; infrastructure as code).
Experience with observability, evaluation and cost control of LLM-based systems.
